Mountain location — Zakopane

Mountain Location is situated on the grounds of the Grand Karpatia villa, in the picturesque town of Zakopane. It’s an ideal place to relax: fresh mountain air, scenic hikes, and cozy evenings by the fire with a view of the Tatra Mountains.

  • 01. Infrastructure

    A location that blends modern facilities with nature, offering the perfect setting for relaxation amidst the stunning landscapes of the Tatras:

    • A green area with dedicated relaxation zones and panoramic views of the Tatras
    • An indoor swimming pool on-site;
    • A cinema hall and event space;
    • Hiking trails surrounding the villa.

  • 04. Exploration and hiking in the Tatras

    Mountain Location is the perfect place for an active summer adventure! Campers won’t just admire the mountains from their windows — they’ll also:

    • set off on hikes through the foothills and along the ridges of the Tatras, discovering new horizons;
    • learn survival skills in the wild, just like true explorers;
    • experience camp life and uncover the most interesting corners of the region;
    • plus, we’ve planned an excursion to Zakopane.

English + Hike Expeditions – a unique programme!

Program for travellers with English and active mountain recreation!

Vitalii Bresler

Vitalii Bresler

CEO at British camp

In 2014, I created a project aimed at developing summer camps according to international standards. I completed internships in the USA and visited the best language colleges in Britain and Canada. Though I specialize in teaching English, my favorite activity at camp is playing soccer 🙂. And during matches, we always stick to one rule: speaking English!

Amy Boliter

Amy Boliter

Teacher from Great Britain

I completed my studies and obtained my CELTA certificate in the UK and currently reside in Spain. I enjoy participating in sports, particularly dance and yoga. I have previous experience working in sports camps in the UK, Guatemala, Colombia, and Spain. As I also play the cello and piano, I look forward to sharing not only my English skills but also my musical expertise with the campers!

James Gardner

James Gardner

Teacher from Great Britain

My name is James and I come from Burmingham. I am a huge fan of theatre and I used to be an actor. That is why during our lessons in the camp we practice English by doing small performances with kids. It’s a fun way to learn and get creative together! Also, I love travelling a lot and getting to know new cultures.

Daria Bondar

Daria Bondar

Creative director

I bring 8 years of experience in edutainment program development, and I even did training with the Disney Institute on international entertainment standards. Safety is my top priority for both campers and staff during any event, thanks to my medical background.

I love finding interesting partners to work with , such as the Museum of Happiness in London. I regularly attend tea ceremonies to pass on the latest English trends to campers 😉

I have taught English to children in 7 countries, including Thailand, Spain, Poland, and the United States. I have visited 48 of the 50 states of America with my family. In addition to teaching, I also serve as a referee in the USA, officiating 6 sports. Coordinating sports matches at camp brings me joy!

Anna Anikina

Anna Anikina

Camp coordinator

For the last 8 years, I’ve been organizing summer vacations for kids. And for the past 5 years, I’ve been running the top English-speaking vacations at British Camp. My main task is to ensure that the work on site is well coordinated and efficient. At the camp, I take care of the organizational aspects, such as working with contractors, recruiting and training the team, and of course communicating with parents. What really excites me is seeing all our plans come to life for the campers. It’s the best feeling ever!

Ben Irving

Ben Irving

Teacher from Great Britain

I come from London and I’ve been teaching for about 8 years now. I’ve travelled a lot in my life and taught in 10 different countries. Also, I’m a massive football fan, and Arsenal’s my team of choice. Last summer I taught in River location, which is my favorite location so far.

Amelia Blenman

Amelia Blenman

Teacher from the USA

I am a teacher with the experience of working with different age groups. What I relly enjoy about working with kids is how they know how to have fun. I feel like as adults we get so caught up in our daily life that we forget how to reconnect with our inner child which is very important for living a productive and happy life. It’s all about striking that balance between responsibility and fun, and kids definitely show us how it’s done.

Polina Zadorozhna

Polina Zadorozhna

Program Coordinator

I am a philologist and a translator. Also, campers know me as the organizer of the best tea ceremonies. My job is to plan all the fun stuff for each session, including the most interesting training sessions, sports activities, and parties. Plus, I keep track of the daily schedule to make sure campers get enough rest, study time, and fun activities throughout the day!

Robert Smith

Robert Smith

Teacher from USA

I’m from the city of Siren, Wisconsin, a charming locale in the United States. While I hold TEFL certification for teaching English, my genuine enthusiasm lies in football. As a committed soccer referee, I have honed my abilities over the years. Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of contributing to British Camp, where I not only impart English lessons but also foster a love for football among the campers!

Rachel Campbell

Rachel Campbell

Teacher from Canada

I was born in Canada but also studied in Sweden and Egypt. I enjoy working at children’s camps and have experience as an educator and in developing camp programs in Canada, Korea, and Malaysia for students from various countries. I also have an interest in playing rugby; previously, I was a member of my university team, and now I participate in rugby activities with campers at the camp.

Adam Davies

Adam Davies

Teacher from Great Britain

I was born in Gorseinon, UK, and later relocated to the US, which is why children often recognize my American-British accent. Holding a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English), I abstain from using social media entirely. Therefore, I’m delighted to assist campers in enjoying their time at camp without relying on electronic devices!

Andrew Amegbey

Andrew Amegbey

Teacher from USA

I’ve been teaching English to children for ten years now, and I’m well acquainted with children’s camps from my time in America. While living in the US, I resided in seven different states and dedicated each summer to sports camps in New York and Colorado, actively participating in organizing activities for children. I have a passion for football and parkour and eagerly await the opportunity for campers to join me in these classes!

Liam Halls

Liam Halls

Teacher from Great Britain

I’m from Peterborough, a city in the UK, and my full name is Liam Francis Conor. I’m passionate about football, and my name coincides with my favourite football club, Liverpool (LFC). I’ve been working in Ukraine for 3 years now and I’m returning to British Camp to teach English and participate in sports activities with the campers!

Reviews of our customers

Valeriya Borodina

For my Sonia, it is very important: rules and freedom (the democratic approach is her favorite, but reasonable frameworks are also important for her), food (this is what I have), to have someone from acquaintances (for how many years in a row they have arranged with the girl to go in the same shift ), atmosphere and impressions.⠀ Interestingly, “learning” is not one of her interests at the camp. But it is included in ours with you

Therefore, for the fifth year in a row, my child is going to @britishcamp.ua because they have learned how to be talented in combining everything that my child needs and everything that I need⠀And what is important to me is safety (both physical and emotional), English ( I want the child to strengthen his skills and the British Camp tutors cope with this brilliantly), the approach and standards are important to me. @britishcamp.ua has been operating for the ninth year, which is a year longer than us, i.e. an eternity. They can be trusted

    I have many years of experience in camps in Ukraine and abroad. To say that this is a cool camp is an understatement. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: from the experienced staff who live in the camp and communicate, it seems, in all the languages of the world, to the location with clean, clean air in the middle of majestic pine trees and delicious dietary cuisine. Definitely recommend!

    Thank you for the rest of my children: a rich program, many opportunities to show their abilities, a great location, attentive staff! You know how to find valuable, develop and motivate! The food is exceptional, the counselors and teachers are very attentive, the rooms are comfortable, the children were shown that a world without phones and gadgets does exist! Thanks for the rest! In a motherly way, I can say with confidence, I was calm for the children! Children are happy!

    Olena Tsendra

    We would like to express our gratitude to the organizers of the British Camp camp for a wonderful time! The child lived in good conditions, tasty and healthy food, swimming in the pool, and most importantly – the atmosphere itself, developing classes in English! In addition, there were many other interesting classes: drawing, videography skills, and much more. The child spent time in this camp with benefit and pleasure and wants more! Thank you very much for this!

Alyona Gudkova

The first thing I felt was WOW! Intuitively, the tutors approach the children in a very cool way: they immediately engage them, get on a first-name basis, smile and joke. The territory is just TOP! And a popular sign: if the first call from the camp lasts 1 minute, and the whole group is gathered in his room, the adaptation was successful 🙂 This is how I imagined the ideal pace for Matthew. At the end of the shift, he got into the car and immediately said: “I WANT MORE!”. @britishcamp.ua, I have big plans for you! He said it himself!

    British Camp is a place where you relax and learn English at the same time. In this camp, the child constantly learns something new and interesting! Tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, parkour, rope park, football, basketball, rugby – and this is only a small part of everything that is available at British Camp! The camp team is always ready to help a child with spoken English, so the language barrier is definitely not about this camp.

    Tatiana Gabzovska

    Our camp session in the Carpathians ended today, I want to share my impressions. First of all, the program: intensive, rich, bright, interesting, really interesting for children, many thematic activities/master classes. Everything is written in minutes, there was really no time to be bored. A lot of useful English, which was not perceived as forced learning, but as an interesting necessity. Cool “counselors” and native speakers who, in turn, become friends of the children. Organization at the highest level: everything is clear, coordinated, fast. Good living conditions, delicious food. I liked the principled attitude towards gadgets: 1 hour a day, nothing distracts the children, they are focused on their studies. Thank you for a bright and useful vacation.

    We took my son away at the end of the session with tears in our eyes! What can you say! Thank you all for such a camp!

Dasha Katsurina

My daughter came back from British Camp yesterday, I’m proud of her, I’ll see her today and I’ll be able to tell you more tomorrow. But this is 100% my realisation now that camps, separation and such independence from the age of 7 in our case is okay and very beneficial.

    The camp is mega cool. Super aqua zone with slides and warm pools. For a whole week, my children talked about master classes, football, animals, heart-to-heart conversations, how they roasted marshmallows, about interesting quests, contests and even about English tests, where they scored the highest of all points and were really proud of it. Cool motivation for language learning!

    Lyubov Kukharets

    The child was delighted with the camp. English lessons, leisure time, sports games, creative master classes, swimming pools – that’s all love. Befriended children, even from older groups. The child went to the camp for the first time in his life, and we are grateful to the whole team for such an incredibly interesting vacation.

    My daughter returned with unparalleled impressions, rested, gained new friends, new knowledge, and experience. This will help her in her future life and studies. I really liked the photos. Your work, dear ones, is a talent, a gift from God. Thank you for being in my child’s life this summer. She has someone to look up to. Good luck to you in everything, and creative inspiration for future projects!

    I and my children are very satisfied. The son went alone for the first time, called and said: “Mom, I want to stay here for a month. It’s cool here and we still learn English, swim, and play. My daughter really wants to go again. Parents who still have doubts, I say: don’t worry, LET GO. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation of my children!
